As the Manager of DPG/MIG Relations at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I oversee the operations and services of over 3,500 members across 3 specialized groups. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the satisfaction, retention, and engagement of our diverse and dynamic community of nutrition professionals. I have a strong background in membership and customer relationship management, with previous experience at MCI USA and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. I graduated with a bachelor\'s degree in business administration from Park University in 2018, where I learned valuable skills in critical thinking, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
