ABOUT DANIELLE HANKINS
Danielle currently serves as Harford County’s MS4 Program Administrator for the Watershed Restoration group within DPW. Danielle is responsible for the oversight and leadership of project management and project implementation for multiple projects and the development of MS4 programs and all aspects of program implementation. Her project management experience includes MS4 permit planning, scheduling, management and execution of field data collections and inspections of BMPs, and staff training and process documentation. Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge related to TMDL guidance and documents, including a diversity of permit experience, wasteload accounting, and crediting verification documentation. In addition, she has extensive experience in green infrastructure (GI) and low impact development (LID), stormwater modeling, monitoring, design, construction oversight and operation and maintenance. She is an established, hands-on manager who makes it a top priority to remain engaged and involved with her team and client throughout the duration of a project.
