Key strategic and operational management role within the R&D Innovation Team leading on all aspects of resource management, reporting and securing external funding.• Resource planning and reporting for a portfolio of approximately 50 R&D Innovation projects and an internal budget of ~£15m. Internal consultancy for all aspects of bid development across the company and nominated lead for all submissions to the Ofwat Innovation Fund. Secured over £100m funding to date from leading and partnering on collaborative Innovation projects. • Company lead for national Innovation initiatives, including working with Ofwat on the design, implementation and future of the Innovation Fund, membership of the Strategic Development Group for Spring (the UK Water Sector Centre of Excellence) and the Innovation Collaboration Group comprising R&D leads from all UK water companies.• Managing a team of Innovation Project Managers and external specialist support.
