ABOUT DANIELLE GUILLEN

Danielle Guillen is a social impact designer and strategist who builds equitable and human-centered governmental systems. She has a Master\'s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from University of Southern California, where she was a Biller Award Finalist for her practicum project on placemaking and economic development. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University, where she was a President\'s Public Service Fellow. As a Senior Impact Analyst at Cause IMPACTS, Danielle leads data-driven and community-informed evaluations of public policies and programs, both domestically and internationally. She has designed over 18 governmental solutions, including for school districts across the nation, The World Bank, and Colombian University Uniminuto. She also founded STEM in the Park, a grassroots initiative that tackles STEM education access issues for communities living in STEM deserts, by creating culturally responsive STEM spaces for the whole family. Danielle specializes in equity-based research, evaluation, and policy design, and is passionate about empowering and advocating for the communities she serves.
