Produce photo and video shoots for web and social media platforms, including campaigns, e-commerce, look books, and supplementary projects, managing all aspects of production.• Produce the New York Fashion Week presentation two times per year. • Ensure that all content is produced on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality andconsistency.• Planning and execution of pre-production and production: logistics, travel schedules, call sheets, sourcing, crew, catering, equipment, locations, talent booking and negotiation, build outs, wardrobe, glam, timelines.• Work with Art Director to build the annual budget.• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelancers to ensure production needs are met.• Drafting of agreements for all vendors and talent.• Scout and secure location for all photoshoots, including any permits that may need to be acquired.• Work closely with the Art Director to define the scope of work for each shoot: determining budgets, hired talent and priorities.• Work closely with the Senior Manager of Creative Operations to create and oversee the content calendar:schedule shoot dates, styling sessions, and fitting appointments.• Build and manage all photo and video production budgets alongside the Senior Creative Manager, inaddition to budgets for one-off projects.• Continuous research and development to stay ahead of trends, finding ways to improve efficiency ofproductions.
