In my expanded role at RichardsApex I handle all regulatory compliance both domestically and internationally. Currently developing regulatory compliance program for RichardsApex’s new subsidiary in Singapore. This includes ISO 9001 certification, Safety Data Sheets, chemical management and approvals for import and export, and ensuring regulatory compliance with surrounding customer countries. Maintain chemical management system and write the Safety Data Sheets for the North America, Europe, South America, and the Asia-Pacific markets. Workplace safety committee chairwoman. Certified by the State of PA 2023 as a State approved Safety Committee. Manage hazardous materials shipping compliance for both US and international shipments as well as tariff code compliance. Develop and manage all safety programs at the US location including PPE program, Site Security Program, hazard communication program, lab safety program (chemical hygiene plan), confined space program, lockout tagout program, and new hire program. Manage environmental programs including a wastewater system (permit), over 15 above ground storage tanks and one underground storage tank, spill control, hazardous waste, air (permit), and stormwater (permit). Also handle all environmental reporting including permit reports, TSCA, TRI, and TIER II reporting. Develop and provide training for DOT HazMat, Lockout/Tagout, Lab safety, hazard communication, confined space, emergency response and new hires. Manage company’s ISO Quality Management System including rewriting the Quality Manual, all procedures and work instructions and policies as well as developing an updated Internal Auditor training program.
