   Provide effective coordination of division-wide staffing activities starting with internal and external sourcing, recruitment through the onboarding process, continuously improving processes & results, while ensuring division recruiting team has necessary tools and resources to be successful. Partner with HR Manager, Corporate Managers and HR team to ensure division Employee Representatives and Recruiters deliver the highest quality, diverse talent to meet current and future division needs. Lead and manage division recruiters to ensure their training is up to date and they are following the guidelines and recommendations set forth by Wegmans Food Markets. Act as a liaison between schools, workforce development groups, employment centers and the Wegmans stores to ensure strong relationships within recruitment. Oversee the Store Operations Internship Program within Maryland and partner with the Training and Development Manager to staff the Management Trainee program to ensure a pipeline for future growth.
