About Danielle Dexter

For the past 19 years, I have worked closely with every facet of the human resources landscape, building strong relationships with senior leaders and assisting employees with their everyday HR needs. I am skilled in Organization Design, payroll/compensation and benefits, as well as, helping all levels of the organization meet their goals and restructuring initiatives in regards to the growing and downsizing of a business—which also means recruiting top talent! In my HR role, I have been a lead recruiter; provided guidance on position creation, new hire processing, and on-boarding support. I also work with managers with the Performance Evaluation System, policy guidance, and compensation/payroll, HR laws, as well as helping all employees with HR inquires throughout their career.I am hardworking and passionate about my work. I am able to communicate effectively and delegate work to help build strength and knowledge throughout an organization. I work well within a team environment, as well as leading groups in order to reach results in every project and day-to-day business-related work. I have participated in event planning and work activities which thrive on my ability to be creative and fun in order to build employee morale and work success within an organization.
