About Danielle Dellner
The main thing in life is not to be afraid to be human.\"~Pablo Casals.Dr. Dellner is a creative, client-centered therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to utilize humanistic and systems-based approaches to help clients and families effectively address personal life challenges and gain a greater sense of contentment in life. One of the highlights of Danielle\'s career has been to develop expertise with family systems and experiential modalities. She has the unique experience of receiving years of post-doctoral training providing long-term family therapy to individuals/systems who have severe mental illness and dual diagnoses. During her tenure as a therapist and director at Brightquest (Hanbleceya) Treatment Center, Danielle supported these individuals and families along their journeys from crisis and stabilization, to growth, independence, and self-actualization. She established an Adventure Therapy Program and is known for her insight, creativity and effectiveness with clients and families alike. Danielle is a NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) graduate, Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and NOLS Administrative Outdoor Risk Management trained professional. In addition to providing behavioral health support for Wounded Warrior Project\'s Project Odyssey retreats, she is also on the board of Directors at a non-profit horse sanctuary that provides equine-assisted psychotherapy. In her free time, you can find her hiking, skiing, backpacking and getting outdoors with her trusted canine companion, Cobi.
