I have 25+ years of experience and expertise in executive leadership and all aspects of real estate development, including entitlements, construction, leasing, transactions, design and asset management. I am a former practicing land use attorney with JD degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a strong background in all legal and financial aspects of real estate. I have significant experience managing teams, executing strategy and delivering successful projects. I am a proven leader and manager, and have extensive experience as a key member of C-suite executive teams. Previously, I was the Executive Vice President, Development at Urban Edge Properties, a NYSE listed REIT focused on urban retail real estate. There, I led and managed the development, architecture, construction, tenant coordination, financial underwriting and marketing teams for all projects and assets on a national scale. Urban Edge owns 76 properties totaling 17.2 million square feet of gross leasable area. I led the team to completion of over $100M of redevelopment projects with another $220M underway in the pipeline. Prior to that, I was the Executive Vice President, Real Estate at Simon Property Group, Premium Outlets Division. Simon is a NYSE listed REIT, an S&P 100 Company and the largest publicly traded real estate company in the world. There, I led the Real Estate team to the successful completion of over 13M square feet, or over $3B in new, renovated, redeveloped and expanded projects on a national scale. I was responsible for overseeing and executing entitlements, scheduling, budgeting, development, construction, architecture, development finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and media relations. I delivered high-quality and profitable outcomes for the company and its stakeholders and managed an extensive pipeline of projects.I am highly personable, energetic and communicative. I believe in people, teamwork and collaboration.
