On a day-to-day basis, I provide comprehensive support to our global coach network; answering inquiries, clarifying expectations, upholding polices and procedures, and offering expert guidance on evidence-based coaching practices. A large portion of my role is monitoring and enhancing the quality of care within our coaching programs through active investigations and quality improvement plans. I enjoy bringing to life ongoing care innovation as a Subject Matter Expert for the Clinical Strategy team, working cross-functionally with partners like Tech, Product, Legal, and Provider Operations. I get to design and participate in the development and implementation of new coaching initiatives, such as our Pathways offerings, and advocate for ideas and needs from the coaching network wherever possible.
