ABOUT DANIELLE CONROW

With more than 20 years of experience in land development, Danielle is a Professional Engineer licensed in the state of Maryland, serving the public as a Civil Engineer with a focus on Transportation and Housing. Danielle worked for 15 years in private industry on many high-visibility residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Prince George\'s County, Charles County, St. Mary\'s County, and Calvert County. She then worked with the Calvert County Government Department of Public Works for over 6 years as the Deputy Director of Engineering and Highways, managing several divisions responsible for transportation capital improvement projects, engineering development review, road and grading inspections, on-call contractors, and highway maintenance operations. Danielle then joined Rodgers Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Team Engineer with a focus on Charles County land development consulting. Today, Danielle is a Team Leader at Rodgers and is the Market Leader for Southern Maryland. Danielle has a passion for mentorship and looks for opportunities to support local youth programs to help guide students to a career path that they will enjoy and excel in. Danielle proudly serves on the College of Southern Maryland Foundation board of directors and chairs the Community Engagement and Advocacy Committee. The CSM Foundation serves as the fundraising arm of the college connecting donors and regional partners in support of our students, faculty, programs, and community.Danielle also currently serves as Scholarship Commitee Co-Chair for the County Engineers Association of Maryland (CEAM). She is a Past President of the organization and served five terms on the Board of Directors.
