About Danielle Capone
My passion has always been helping people and my main concern in a career is happiness & health. I have worked in Special Needs and Behavioral Disorders and I hope to get back to that at some point. But for most of my life, I’ve been in the hospitality industry. It has introduced me to so many amazing people who have become lifelong friends. It has taught me the importance of work/life balance. I have always been a hard worker, but it started to wear on me physically after 20+ years so I decided to go a different route. I wanted a schedule more conducive to the rest of society, but wouldn’t settle for just any job. When I found Paylocity, it didn’t really matter what position I started with because there is so much room for growth and the positivity is palpable even from the outside. Now that I have been with Paylocity for a few months, I can say that the culture is unmatched. No one is treated like a number, and there is always someone willing to help with anything you need.
