Project Manage National Strategic Accounts for the complex Data Center upgrades and/or Life Sciences from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of customer projects. Manage customer projects, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction and risk and opportunity management. Main duties include project organization and planning, monitor and control of progress and budget, anticipation and management of risks and changes. Project Manager works directly onsite with project execution team to ensure workflow and execution is completed to NSA standards set forth by Program manager. Work direct with Program manager to determine site requirements and execution planning. Manage onsite team for successful execution promoting the use of SS for project tracking, change orders, lessons learned, etc 3. Manage subcontractors as required to ensure completion of install. Resource planning per project schedule.
