Hello, I’m Danielle. I grew up in Sheffield, UK, and began my career in Dubai as an Emirates cabin crew member at the age of 22. I spent five years with Emirates, which was an incredible experience that allowed me to travel and explore many countries I never thought I’d visit.While I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Emirates, I was looking for a more stable career that would allow me to spend weekends, holidays, and special occasions with my loved ones. When the COVID pandemic emerged, I transitioned into the real estate industry.In 2020, I joined Treo Homes as a broker. Despite having no prior sales experience, I applied everything I learned from training and guidance from experienced agents, and I succeeded. It’s gratifying to still receive referrals from landlords who appreciated my service.As my role evolved, I was offered a recruitment position due to my thorough understanding of the role and Treo Homes\' culture. My strengths in being helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming were recognized.I’ve been with Treo Homes for four years, and I truly value the positive environment and supportive culture here, from the directors and management to all the staff.#Recruitment #progression #agents #RealEstate
