I\'m an experienced and passionate product leader with a 20+ year track record of building and scaling complex B2B products. More recently, I’ve been focused on applying that experience to AI-powered experiences, making it usable, practical, and impactful in real-world products. I’ve spent much of my career working in environments where the problems aren’t clearly defined. I’m comfortable operating in that ambiguity - aligning stakeholders, shaping product direction, and making practical decisions that move things forward. My background in learning and behavior design shapes how I approach AI, focusing on what the system can do, as well as how users understand, trust, and ultimately adopt it.
