Danielle is a business and legal strategist, focusing her practice in the area of healthcare and nonprofit real estate transactions and project development. Bringing a unique perspective informed by experience in both the public and private sectors, Danielle assists clients through all aspects of structuring, negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Danielle counsels health care and nonprofit clients on transactions throughout the asset life cycle, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing and disposition. She is skilled at identifying and analyzing corporate and real estate risk management issues, and enjoys working with clients to develop and implement effective and efficient business and legal strategies. In addition to conventional and institutional financing, Danielle is also experienced managing transactions involving unconventional financing, such as Tax Incremental Financing, Bond Financing, Public Housing Vouchers, and Tax Credits. Her experience includes health care facilities, affordable housing, senior housing, and large-scale community impact development projects nationwide.
