Danielle focuses her practice in the area of medical malpractice defense, representing the interests of health care professionals and major hospital systems. She also defends cases involving nursing home care, personal injury, general liability, premises liability, construction and Labor Law. Danielle has experience at all levels of litigation, successfully defending cases from inception through trial, post-trial motions, and appeals. She has considerable success procuring favorable results for clients through the use of motion practice and appeals. She has successfully argued before the First and Second Department Appellate Divisions. Danielle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Political Science minor from Ohio State University in 2012. She received her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 2015. Danielle began her career practicing medical malpractice defense in Cleveland, Ohio before moving her career to New York City in 2018.Danielle is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York, as well as Ohio.
