About Danielle Bell

As Enterprise Training Manager at Lucid Lane, I created the training materials and procedures for clinical and admissions departments. I continue to oversee the onboarding and ongoing training pathways of all clinical staff who provide telehealth services to chronic pain and medication dependent patients. I have 10+ years of experience in social work practice and leadership roles, working in various healthcare settings such as addiction treatment, private practice, community mental health centers, and psychiatric hospitalization. I hold multiple state licenses as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I have extensive knowledge and skills in mental health counseling, group therapy, and telehealth. My passion is to build positivity in the workplace and help others achieve mental wellness. I have created training materials and facilitated ongoing training activities to ensure the quality and consistency of the clinical services for business growth and employee retention. I have also developed daily content posts to unify the staff behind the company mission and promote cultural values and a sense of community within and between departments.
