Ability to handle multiple accounts at any one time- Manage the product development process, from initial concept throught to final production- Working with factories to ensure target costs are achieved- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and MOQs- Monitor and track development samples- Assist in resolving any techincal issues that arise during the development and production process- Approval of lab dips and bulk fabrics on in house brands- Check lab dips on receipt and send to the customer- Approval of proto samples, PP samples and shipment sample in order to go to bulk production- Managing critical paths ensuring EXF and delivery dates are maintained- Arrange and conduct fit sessions- Maintaining workbooks ensuring all fit comments are correctly logged and actioned- Creating design boards and tech packs for the customer- Creating labels and trims sheets- Collaborate with design teams to finalise product specifications and ensure alignment with brand / club values- Monitor production schedules and promptly identify potential delays or issues.
