ABOUT DANIELLE BALDWIN

With over 15 years of experience in the L&D industry, I am passionate about creating and delivering holistic learning experiences that drive organisation performance and behavioural change. As the Head of Experience Sales and an Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner at Hemsley Fraser, global, award-winning provider of learning and engagement solutions, I consult with a broad range of clients, L&D experts to co-create, deliver, and execute innovative and flexible learning programmes and initiatives.I have a Diploma in Organisational Development in Practice from Roffey Park Institute, and I am skilled in transformation, management and leadership, as well as business development. I am also a big advocate of social learning, collaboration, as a thought leader you’ll see me often sharing insights and current industry thinking. I head up and drive high performance through the leadership of the Hemsley Client and Solution Partner team. My mission is to transform how businesses learn and engage, and to empower talent for the future. Internally here at Hemsley I work as a trusted adviser to our Executive Committee and CEO as a culture carrier.
