ABOUT DANIEL MEYER

I am a technology and operations consultant who has been working in airport IT for over 18 years, with experience throughout the project lifecycle; from investment planning, all the way through design, development, delivery and support to decommissioning at end of life.In recent years have concentrated on solution architecture at Heathrow Airport, where I have a track record of successful baggage projects, which has included; capability definition, standards definition, roadmapping, requirements management, process engineering, solution design, stakeholder engagement, problem resolution and other activities. I credit this success to a keen focus on the business benefits; an excellent understanding of how to integrate complex systems and functions and a willingness to engage with all levels of governance to achieve success.
