I spent over two decades designing and leading complex construction and design projects, earning recognition as an award-winning designer. I leverage that mastery of structured execution and deep team performance, honed both in the field and in academic leadership, to drive HR Efficacy, building scalable learning and talent solutions that solve critical organizational challenges. Optimizing Team Potential (Didaktos - Talent Evolved): As the Chief Architect of Learning & Founder of Didaktos - Talent Evolved, The Engine for HR Efficacy, I consult with organizations across multiple sectors to maximize internal capabilities. Drawing on my academic background as a Professor and Dean in Design and Art Faculties, my strategic services—including Instructional Design, e-Learning, and Change Management—are built on proven models.
