As a co-founder and the head of operations for a progressive private medical clinic I am accountable for all operational, technological, legal, human resource and business development workflows. Key Achievements:• Spearheaded year-over-year growth, both in terms of multi-disciplinary service offerings and of staff complement. Led a risk-managed expansion during a global pandemic, doubling service capacity.• Aligned information technology infrastructure with business priorities, ensuring scalability and compliance across Canadian and United States regulatory environments (PIPEDA, PIPA, HIPAA, CCPA). Developed corresponding information security and data governance education, policies, procedures and response protocols.• Oversaw vendor procurement and implementation of several software as a service (SaaS) platforms, achieving a notably unique, fully paperless environment.• Launched a first of a kind integrative clinical network, bridging regional Primary Care practices with leading Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) practices in order to offer a complete longitudinal spectrum of patient health services. In addition to providing dedicated referral pathways, this network also established a preferred supplier program, cross-promotion strategies, and innovation opportunities for member practices.• Managed revenue cycle and reimbursement between provider, payers and patients.• Set clear clinical and performance targets for team members and established measurable data analytics to monitor outcomes and performance improvement.
