Provide strategic recruitment planning and direction for talent acquisition needs of the organization. Manage, lead, and develop the talent acquisition team in corporate and volume recruitment. Define, measure, and analyze core talent acquisition metrics to determine organizational health. Work with all departments to focus on talent forecasting, employment branding, creative sourcing and scaling for future growth. Develop and maintain effective working partnerships and relationships with internal and external business partners. Manage the day-to-day activities of our US recruitment team responsible for filling 300+ internal roles annually. Conduct the sourcing of candidates on a national or regional level- Diversity and Inclusion Committee -Women’s Leadership Advisory Board -Women’s Leadership Mentor Board -Talent and Culture Committee
