This role is pivotal in overseeing operational efficiency within the Long-Term Care/Senior Services sector across multiple facilities. This role oversees a multi-disciplinary central business support team that includes supervisors, specialists, administrative staff and coordinators who provide business and program support for all five LTC Centres and Adult Day Services. Responsible for a comprehensive array of functions including scheduling, payroll, workforce development, procurement, and human resource technology and training and the Manager ensures seamless business operations. Lead in efforts to maintain compliance with legislative and collective agreement requirements, particularly in scheduling and payroll systems, crucial for ensuring optimal staffing levels across the Region’s five Long Term Care Centres and Adult Day Programs of over 1,700 staff.
