The role involves a wide range of responsibilities essential to the successful operation of Golf Operations. Core duties include, but are not limited to:• Consistently embody the standards of the Boca West PROMISE, while ensuring team members are held to the same level of excellence.• Plan, organize, and manage golf tournaments and weekly leagues using Golf Genius, including the creation of scorecards, format sheets, and results. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance programming and elevate service standards.• Oversee all aspects of merchandise and prize procurement for tournaments, leagues, and golf events. This includes vendor coordination, prize selection, and supervision of event-day logistics.• Serve as the lead coordinator for the annual Play for P.I.N.K. charity golf event, working closely with the event Committee to ensure a successful and impactful experience.• Create and distribute promotional video content to effectively market tournaments and leagues to the membership.• Manage member profiles in GHIN, and assist members with score posting and related inquiries.• Plan and attend seasonal member golf trips.• Supervise daily operations of Golf Registration, Tee Times, and Beverage Carts, ensuring smooth execution and superior member service.• Lead all training and onboarding efforts for the Inside Operations team.• Conduct daily Inside Operations morning meetings.• Manage the weekly requisitioning of Beverage Cart supplies, update menu offerings, and conduct monthly stock takes.• Create weekly work schedules for Inside Operations and Beverage Cart Attendants.• Review, complete, and approve bi-weekly payroll for the Golf Operations team.• Proofread and edit all Golf Operations documents, including tournament and league flyers, to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve operational challenges, improve service delivery, and ensure an exceptional member experience.
