A lot of work breaks down at the moment it becomes visible.I’ve spent years working as a product designer and builder, close to real decisions. Feedback was messy, constraints were real, and you were held to your promises.In those environments, the hardest part wasn’t creativity or ideas. It was turning unclear input into decisions that could be shared, defended, and acted on without overcommitting or backtracking.I’ve worked on roadmaps, scope cuts, experiments, stakeholder updates, and UI/UX explanations where one vague sentence could create weeks of rework. Over time, I found these rules kept everything clear: what changed, why it changed, what didn’t, and what risk remains.That perspective shows up in everything I build—from product design work to Cozy Prompts, where I package those standards into tools for moments when clarity and credibility matter.
