As an experienced Quality Improvement leader, I’ve built my career on turning bold ideas into tangible results — transforming quality, patient experiences and sparking innovation across every team I work with. For me, QI isn’t a tick-box exercise; it’s a powerful mindset that nurtures creativity, accelerates collaboration and paves the way for meaningful, lasting change. At Cygnet Group, I took a blank canvas and painted a vision; one where QI isn’t an afterthought, it\'s part of the fabric of the organisation. From building a pioneering QI programme from scratch to embedding a culture of improvement and innovation. I’ve turned potential into performance and inspired teams to think bigger, act smarter and achieve the extraordinary. But my work is about more than just results, it’s about people. I thrive on empowering individuals to become agents of change, creating systems that spark inspiration and processes that unleash creativity. Whether designing industry leading improvement frameworks, creating nationally recognised training programmes or leading collaborative projects that challenge the status quo, I bring energy, enthusiasm and a relentless drive for progress to everything I do.
