My role involves managing five direct reports and leading a total team of approximately 22 employees. I oversee all operational financial processes, which encompass strategy development, financial planning and analysis (FP & A), cost accounting, and the management of both internal and external audit relationships. A key aspect of my responsibilities includes ensuring governance and compliance while effectively managing cash flow.In addition to these responsibilities, I act as a commercial business partner, providing support for various activities such as quoting, pricing, manufacturing transfers, and developing business cases for vertical integration.
