Membership:Answers member questions & responds to member requests.Maintains updated membership files.Coordinates membership information packets.Expedites all mailings to membership.Recruits new members.Conduct follow-up with membership non-payment to enhance the renewal process.PENN DOT/Department of State Members Services:Facilitates member inquiries with the appropriate state departments; maintains form files for each member segment.Communicates with PAA, Penn Dot, and PMTA regarding Member questions including maintenance of form files and replies.America\'s Largest RV Trade Show:Responsible for the maintenance of all contracts (manufacturer, supplier & dealer) Show files; certificate of insurances, collections, parking permit assignments.Responsible for booth vendor space sales and assignments.Assists the Executive Vice President with annual Trade Show the areas of program coordination & development.Organizes a silent auction benefiting the PAC FundCommittees:Attends and provides minutes for the Board of Directors meetings and other committee meetings.Will provide support to committees.General Responsibilities:Maintains office supply inventory according to budget.Monitors contracted labor for office cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, building maintenance, and other operational activities.Prepares materials and equipment for annual Show Drawing. Maintains all Show operational supplies and equipment. Monitors heating & cooling systems and schedules maintenance as needed.Answers telephone and greets visitors; handles inquiries in a polite and timely manner.Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Vice President, including annual budget preparations for the area of responsibility. Supports all Team members and projects.Continuously reviews current operational activities and seeks opportunities for improvement. Negotiates and coordinates quotes for contract labor projects as directed by the Executive Vice President.
