I’m a strategic operator and customer-obsessed program leader with 13+ years at Amazon, where I led global advertising policy and launched scalable operational processes across product, automation, and compliance.I’ve led and delivered multiple cross-functional projects, often using Agile principles iterating quickly, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and continuously improving based on customer and business feedback. I scope work into deliverable milestones, adapting to change, and driving measurable outcomes.My experience spans policy design, stakeholder management, product-facing initiatives, and operational rollouts all rooted in improving the customer experience and enabling cross-functional teams to execute effectively. I bring a product mindset to everything I do: identifying problems, scoping solutions, aligning the right people, and delivering results.I’m especially motivated by roles that sit between product and operations. Most recently, I reached the final stage for a Product Lifecycle & GTM Operations role, which confirmed how much I enjoy supporting end-to-end launch success, improving readiness processes, and enabling teams with tools, insights, and documentation that make a difference.Now, I’m exploring opportunities in Product Operations, GTM Strategy, Program Management, or Business Operations ideally in a mission-led company where I can contribute immediately, learn from great people, and help build scalable, customer-first solutions.
