Responsible for content creation, storytelling, social media, and general marketing for a geographical area covering primarily Maine through Maryland. Heavy emphasis placed on video production, pre-recorded as well as live-streaming of virtual events, and general creation of content meant to engage the public. Oversee roughly 50 social media accounts across various channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Responsible for the creation, execution, tracking, and analyzing of overall social media strategy, which includes routine posts as well as targeted ad campaigns with an emphasis on engagements and conversions obtained through both organic and paid investments.Locally responsible for the day-to-day marketing and communications activities in 62 Pennsylvania counties. Serve as the primary organization spokesperson and media point of contact covering five state media markets. Responsible for all earned media in my assigned territory. Serve as the primary crisis communications contact and work with smaller market areas to craft messaging that utilizes a variety of traditional and modern outlets to promote the American Cancer Society mission. Craft C-suite speeches, talking points, and correspondences as necessary, and provide general content, editing, layout and design, photography, and video shooting and editing as warranted.
