   Led a cross functional team in the development of Now on Now solutions to transform headcount, campaign development, and vendor management processes for ServiceNow marketing.• Facilitated numerous design sessions, workshops and data model reviews to develop a transformed campaign and content management process (CCMS) and unified marketing data model for all of marketing. • Partnered with Adobe, DT Marketing and DXP Marketing to automate the new CCMS process using Workfront and integrate the platform into ServiceNow’s CRM, Data Warehouse and Analytics platforms.• Trained 800+ marketers globally on the new technology and process, projected to save hours annually.
