A key focus is the implementation of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to ensure we clearly communicate what sets Unite Students apart as an employer of choice in a competitive market.I actively drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace (DEIBW), ensuring these principles are embedded throughout our recruitment practices.Ultimately, my role is to ensure that Unite Students has the right people in place to continue our success as a leader in the PBSA sector, positioning us for long-term growth and sustainability.
