The aim of You, Me & Anxiety is to create a community to normalise our mental health, to tackle stigma through humour and to help people realise they\'re not alone.I wanted to build an initiative to help add to the current movement tackling the stigma surrounding mental health. The website is currently focused on light-hearted blog posts regarding all areas of mental health and a podcast where we delve deeper into individual issues and stories.Alongside contributing my own writing, I act as a recruiter, podcast host/editor, community manager and editor for contributing writers and maintain/develop the website.
