The Voyagers program is a group of hand-selected rising stars from government and industry. The program fosters a 1:1 ratio of government to industry participants to facilitate open and trusted partnerships over a nine-month program that allows both sides to “walk in the other\'s shoes”. The program provides real-world leadership training based on OPM’s Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ).
