Understand the needs presented and design learning solutions to meet those needs • Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for all firm-wide applications, enhancing user proficiency. Projects include: Office 365, Laptop and Desktop Refresh, Windows 11, Exchange Online, UKG HRIS Roll out, ServiceNow Upgrade, iManage Work 10 Upgrade, iManage Cloud, Litera Suite Upgrades• Create Quality Check Program for all major upgrades and ensure testing is done across practice groups using a firm represented population.• Manage a team of Training and User Experience Specialists, ensuring consistent and effective training delivery across the organization. • Collaborate with IT Leadership and the PMO to align training initiatives with evolving firm needs, resulting in improved user satisfaction.• Regularly meet with Firm Leadership and present at Practice group meetings to encourage use of Legal Technologies for efficiency. • Oversee training curriculum for all Legal Admin Staff building off a role-based competency model. • Manage all aspects of the firm LMS including: E-Learning Content Creation, Compliance Tracking, CLE Tracking, Role-Based Learning Paths, and LinkedIn Learning Integration.
