   Reporting directly to the President and CEO of Perfetti Van Melle North America, I am responsible for providing team leadership in selling, distribution, thought leadership, and trade marketing processes for all brands and all classes of trade in the U.S. & Canada. Additional responsibilities include developing and leading sales strategies, channel customer plans, monitor investment budgets for field trade spend to deliver against revenue and profit goals. Also responsible for creating and maintaining top-to-top relationships with key customers as well the senior contact with the senior leadership of the companies broker partners. In my role, I serve as a member of the North American Leadership team, supporting the strategy development, annual budgeting, pursuit of profitable growth in addition to the management, coaching, and development of the sales organization to nurture the company\'s talent for further future growth.
