Senior Engineering Manager for the Acquisition web domain, The domain consists of two engineering squads with 16 team members, called Acquisition Marketing and Acquisition Labs. Acquisition marketing looks after the marketing experience e.g nutmeg.com, Acquisition lab looks after product onboarding flow. Combined they encompass the entire acquisition funnel at nutmeg. Our tech stack is react, gatsby, prismic, node.js and x-state. Each squad has a Lead engineer, Product manager, web engineers and it’s own technical & product roadmap. Practicing scrum within an agile environment. My role is to ensure the teams and people are high performers, delivering product & technical value aligned with our KPI’s alongside the growth of the team members and the scalability of our platform. I am directly responsible for the technical delivery, growth and well-being of both domains and people, I have individual contributors and managers as direct reports.
