We began The Vidya Project with the desire to empower students everywhere, but particularly in rural areas, with the knowledge and tools to become changemakers in their communities. To accomplish this we partner with schools and other non-profits in order to provide technology, mentorships, bespoke project-based curriculum, workshops, and any other resources, knowledge, and opportunity to equip students with what they need to make a difference. Currently we operate in Gurgaon, India, Freetown, Sierra Leone, and locally in NYC.*My work focuses on overseeing all business development (fundraising strategy, sponsorship procurement, strategic partnerships, communications, marketing, and content development) and long-term strategic growth planning.*Additionally, I produce and host our official podcast Vidya Voice, which highlights unique voices and stories from all over the world.
