Manage the benefit strategy and design for our international locations (Canada, APAC, EMEA),including health (medical, dental, and vision), flex plans, retirement, life and disability, and time away(statutory and company-sponsored policies and programs).• Work closely with Global Benefits Operations to ensure benefit and time away plan design can beoperationalised.• Work with benefit brokers, providers, Legal Counsel & Finance• Main point of contact for local benefits broker to benchmark existing plans, analyse survey dataand make sound recommendations on international benefits plan and time away options incl. costestimates.• Conduct RFPs for all benefits vendors and ensure legal, privacy and information security reviewsare completed for selected vendor contracts.• Lead benefit plan renewal processes across all international markets.• Create employee benefit communications, training material and presentations.• Lead the creation of time away policies, including leave of absence programs across all internationalcountries.• Responsible for international benefits resource pages, updating and maintaining all benefitsdocuments and creating engaging and value add content.• Stay abreast of country-specific new benefits legislation and trends, as well as changes to localcollective bargaining agreements and ensure plans and operational processes are updated to meetlegislative requirement.• Support M&A and benefits integrations.• Support other benefits initiatives and programs (including Engagement & Wellness) as required.
