Throughout my time in Operations Management, I have seen the friction that exist between sales and other departments within organizations. These touch points can create lower sales when customers become dissatisfied with the product or service they receive. I have been able to overcome these issues while creating greater cross-departmental unity and functional training within my organization. This has led to higher levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
