Daniel Hernández Marrero is an Associate Vice President on Precision’s Digital team, where he works across both the Strategy and Platforms groups. He leads the agency’s Spanish Language and Hispanic Cultures practice and brings a focus on culturally grounded, platform-native campaigns that connect with audiences where they are.At Precision, Daniel has led digital work for clients including Google Jigsaw, Bank of America, and Comcast. His portfolio spans tech policy, labor, advocacy, and financial services, with campaigns that have been recognized by PRWeek, The New York Times, and The Museum of Public Relations, which named him a 2024 NextGen Award honoree. His work includes launching the first-ever WhatsApp broadcast channel in a U.S. presidential campaign, managing Discord strategy for the largest crypto advocacy group in the country, and developing narrative and mobilization campaigns during the SAG-AFTRA strike.Before joining Precision, Daniel was part of the Biden 2020 campaign’s record-breaking digital fundraising team. He began his career at the Fresh Air Fund in New York, where he led community engagement and public partnerships.Originally from Puerto Rico, Daniel holds a B.A. in Government from Cornell University, with minors in International Relations, History, and Law and Society. He lives in Washington, DC, where he spends far too much time watching soccer and walking his dog, Akira.
