In my current role I have begun taking ownership of both the contracting and the hire/sales sides of the business.My day to day tasks include keeping regular contact with all key accounts ensuring as a team we\'re kept up to date on the status of all our quoted projects, arranging and attending meetings with both new and existing customers and ensuring the completion and submission of quotations for both sides of the business.I am also tasked with keeping track of all hire/sale projects from surveying/quoting stage right through to completion. I keep track of costs of sales/hire to ensure all the orders we fulfil are profitable to the business at the same time as keeping our prices as competitive as possible for our customers.I pride myself on being very customer focused and will go the extra mile if needed to ensure our customers needs are fully met both on time and on budget.While in the office I often take on numerous roles to ensure all aspects of our services are completed to the highest standards possible.
