In total, Marmon operates in nine diverse business sectors with approximately 175 independent manufacturing and service businesses, for combined revenues exceeding $8 billion annually. • As Chief Legal Officer, manage Marmon’s law department and oversee all legal issues arising out of the operations of Marmon Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including general corporate, commercial, M&A, litigation, employment, risk management, intellectual property, compliance and records management.
