As Acting Head of IT, I continue to lead the operational side as before, overseeing the Internal Service Desk, External Application Support teams, IT Service Management, and Data Centre Facilities team. In addition, I have taken on responsibility for the delivery side, which includes Network and Infrastructure, Linux and Cloud, IT Systems, and Endpoint platform teams.This integrated leadership approach allows me to maintain continuity in operational support while ensuring a joined-up and consistent delivery of IT services across the business. I remain accountable for the reliable and efficient running of all IT services and infrastructure, which is critical to supporting the business effectively.My role also includes defining IT strategy and governance, managing budgets and vendor relationships, driving continuous improvement, and working closely with business stakeholders to align IT priorities with organisational goals. Developing my teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability remain key priorities.By combining operational support and delivery under one leadership, I aim to enhance resilience, improve service quality, and support sustainable business growth within a complex IT environment.
