I am an experienced professional currently working as CEO of View Procurator AS, a company with history from 1983, providing top level services within accounting and business advisory to a wide range of clients. The company was in 2023 acquired by View Group, a leading North European AccountTech company.Prior to joining View Procurator, I spent 3 years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Simployer, an HR Tech company with 350 + employees. The Company\'s history began in 1985, and the first step out of Norway was with the expansion to Sweden in 2013. As CFO I was responsible for the group\'s M&A activities, strategy realization, financial reporting/controlling and legal function. Extensive activity was undertaken to set up the business for future growth towards becoming a Northern European leader within HR technology and knowledge services. My goal is to create value and lead by example towards achieving ambitious objectives.
