As the Amazon Robotics Learning Systems and Innovation Manager for the Learning Experience and Technology team with Technology Deployment, I am responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge learning systems that support the growth and advancement of the company\'s robotics operations. My primary focus is on optimizing the learning experience for our team members and customers through the deployment of innovative technology. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these learning systems and technology into existing processes and infrastructure, staying current on industry trends and advancements in order to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. I develop and implement metrics and performance tracking systems to measure their effectiveness. I also collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement training programs and materials to support the use of these systems.
