About Dan Cahill
I am a Raleigh native and serve as the Managing Partner at Poyner Spruill LLP, as well as the firm’s Assistant General Counsel. Formerly, I served as the Litigation Section Leader. I have spent over 23 years representing corporations in all types of commercial disputes in state and federal court, and through alternative dispute resolution. In that time, I also spent eight years working in-house with a client as a staff attorney in their legal department. This experience leads to my ability to understand my clients\' business needs and advocate for them as both a litigator and firm leader. My areas of expertise include the real estate, banking, and construction industries; providing services including: business litigation, condemnation/eminent domain, construction law, litigation, and financial transactions litigation.
